Resumen de Diseño de Vestimenta

We are looking for a designer to create a reusable product-image template that will allow us to place different referee jersey designs into the same layout while maintaining consistent lighting, shading, folds, sizing, positioning and overall presentation across all product images.

Our current jersey photographs are taken on a physical mannequin. Our goal is to take raw mannequin photographs like the attached example, place them into the template and create polished product images with a realistic ghost mannequin-style appearance.

We have attached:
A sample raw jersey photograph taken on our mannequin
An OHL referee jersey image showing the finished appearance we would like to achieve

The attached OHL referee jersey is the primary reference for the overall look we would like to achieve. The finished jersey should maintain a natural, realistic three-dimensional shape and structure rather than appearing flat or digitally illustrated.

The finished appearance should include:
A realistic ghost mannequin-style fit with the mannequin completely removed
A natural three-dimensional shape and structure
Consistent lighting, shading and shadows
Smooth body lines with natural fabric folds
Consistent body width, sleeve length, arm size and positioning
Uniformly sized cuffs and waistband
A clean, structured and properly pressed collar
Consistent positioning, scale, proportions and overall presentation across all jersey images
Accurate preservation of the original jersey colours, logos, stripes, panels, zipper details and proportions without stretching or distorting the design
A clean white background suitable for product listings, with a transparent-background version provided if possible

The selected designer will be expected to provide:
A reusable and fully editable product-image template
One completed sample using the supplied raw jersey photograph
Clearly organized and labelled layers
An easy method for adding future jersey designs while maintaining the same appearance
Editable source files and any required supporting assets
Brief instructions explaining how to use the template

We will be using Adobe Illustrator when placing images into the template, so an Illustrator-compatible file would work best for us. However, we are open to the designer’s recommendation regarding the most effective editable file format or workflow, provided the final template can be reused for future jersey images.
