# Logo Design Brief — Cuore del Bosco S.r.l.

## About the company
Cuore del Bosco S.r.l. is an Italian company based in Trieste, working in two areas:
- Manufacturing and exporting shadow box picture frames made from solid hardwood, "Made in Italy" finish, sold to the US market
- Importing and reselling interior design products (kitchens, bathroom fittings, lighting) to Serbia

## What I need
The primary mark is an **acronym logo: CDB** (from Cuore Del Bosco) — compact and recognizable, and it needs to work at very large scale (printed on the side of a delivery van) as well as very small scale (a sticker/stamp on frame boxes, around 2-3cm).

The full name "Cuore del Bosco" should appear as a secondary element — smaller text below or beside the acronym, for use on invoices, the website, and business cards where there's more space.

## Style and tone
- Elegant, artisanal/craft feel — NOT modern tech/startup style, NOT a minimal corporate sans-serif
- A direct, clear association with Italy — this matters a lot because the main market is the US, where the "Made in Italy" story needs to be visually obvious at a glance
- Typography: classic Italian character (reference: Bodoni/Didot style — high contrast strokes, elegant italic)

## Colors
- Suggestion: colors of the Italian flag (green/white/red) as an accent on the letters of the acronym — a clear, direct association
- Alternative: warm wood tones (walnut brown, brass/gold accent) if the flag approach feels too literal
- Open to either direction, but please avoid the generic "AI default" palette (cream background + terracotta accent)
