Resumen de Diseño de Logo

OK so I am starting a new charity foundation that is yet to be launched. The logo that I am looking for I would like to follow the same flow as these two other designs but with a charitable feel towards it. Whatever that feel can be completely up to the designer. The mission statement of the organization is this:

The Foundation's purpose is to improve the quality of life in the communities it serves by raising, managing, and distributing funds to support charitable organizations, community initiatives, and individuals in need.

The Foundation is dedicated to advancing health and wellness, supporting children and families, assisting individuals facing illness or hardship, promoting educational and recreational opportunities, and providing aid to underserved and disadvantaged populations. The Foundation may accomplish these purposes by organizing fundraising events, making grants and charitable contributions, partnering with other nonprofit organizations, sponsoring community programs, providing direct assistance where appropriate, and engaging volunteers in charitable service.

Attached are the two logos I currently use.

I'd like the same flow and colors just somehow make it gear towards non profit

I'd also like the focus to be on the word 'Legends' if possible over 'Stang'
