Resumen de Diseño de Flyer

Hello,We are a company specializing in custom sanitary space fit-outs and Solid Surface manufacturing. We are looking for a talented layout designer to create a professional and modern "Case Study" template to showcase our projects.This template must strictly be designed using Adobe InDesign or Affinity Designer. We do not want Canva, Word, or PowerPoint files.Attached, there is a file you can reference named "Cnit - Case Study.pdf". This is our previous layout.

Your mission is to recreate this case study using our new brand guidelines (which I will also provide) while using the exact same texts, photos, and sections (Key Data / "Données clés", iStone's Role / "Le rôle d'iStone", iStone Products / "Produits iStone").

Note: This project is the first of a series. We want to keep everything in the same project scope moving forward. If the work is satisfactory, we will hire you directly for upcoming print materials (flyer templates, catalogs, etc.).

Requisitos

Debes tener

• The final source file must be delivered in Adobe InDesign (.indd/.idml) or Affinity Designer format. The design must be clean, structured, and highlight the architectural photography. Paragraph and character styles must be properly set up in the software so we can easily edit the text ourselves in the future. Strict integration of our new brand guidelines (colors, typography).

Agradable de tener

• A modular design: a layout that works perfectly for a 2-page (front/back) document, but can be easily expanded to 3 or 4 pages if a specific case study requires more content. Layout suggestions for recurring graphic elements (e.g., custom icons for key data, elegant frames for pull quotes).

No debería tener

• Do NOT use Canva, Microsoft Word, or Photoshop for the layout. Avoid cluttered, overly colorful, or whimsical designs. We are looking for a premium, high-end, and serious aesthetic suited for the architectural field.
