Forearm Realism Fae Tattoo with Surreal Juxtaposition

Resumen de Diseño de Tatuaje
I’m looking for a full-forearm, wraparound surreal collage tattoo from elbow to wrist, stopping before the hand, inspired by Freddie Albrighton’s visual language but not copying any specific piece.
The focal point should be a beautiful or cute, slightly uncanny female fae with pointed ears, rendered primarily in realism. I want that realism aggressively disrupted by completely incompatible art styles: sections abruptly changing rendering style, hard interruptions, crude doodles or graphic marks crossing sophisticated realism, deliberately unfinished areas, and strategic bare-skin negative space. Small gaps of bare skin can even separate differently rendered sections of the face for impact. The face should still resolve correctly as two eyes, one nose and one mouth, with no duplicated features.
This is the most important part, so I’ll try to communicate it a second way. Imagine the fae is a black-and-grey realistic portrait. Now erase a wedge containing part of her left eye, eyebrow and hair. Redraw ONLY what was erased as a flat, crude cartoon. It is still her same eye, eyebrow and hair, in exactly the correct anatomical positions, but they are now depicted by a completely different artist/style. Then perhaps erase a smaller section containing part of her cheek and mouth and redraw that anatomy in another radically different style. A thin strip of completely bare skin can separate these sections from the realism. There should still be only two eyes, one nose and one mouth.
The palette should be mostly black and gray with hot pink and acid green only. Importantly, I want those colors incorporated into the fae herself: her skin, hair, eyes, shadows, etc., while retaining the underlying form and detail. I don’t want pink or green shapes simply laid over the portrait or used primarily as background color.
The overall feeling should be beautiful, bright, chaotic, absurd and somehow cohesive. Include one continuous neon-pink cord weaving through, behind and across the imagery. I also love intentionally stupid, crude doodles such as a dinosaur on a leash, a UFO abducting a cow, or a badly drawn hand using a pink marker to draw a mustache on the realistic fae. These are examples, not a checklist. Feel free to invent your own nonsense. Please have the the left and right edges of the flat artwork align so they physically connect when wrapped around the arm.
The collision is the point: exquisite realism beside art that looks deliberately cheap, crude, flat, misplaced or unfinished. I want different visual languages fighting for space rather than a polished surreal illustration where everything matches.
No overt sexuality and no generic gothic filler. Don’t fill every gap. Bare skin is an active part of the composition, and elements should wrap naturally around the sides of the forearm rather than everything being stacked on the front.
I’ve attached examples of Freddie’s work for visual direction, along with a few AI-generated concepts that get close to the idea but are still missing the human weirdness and intentionality I’m after. Please don’t submit raw AI-generated artwork. I’m looking for an artist’s interpretation, judgment and strange little decisions, not just every element of this brief stuffed into one image.
