Resumen de Diseño de Logo

Design a logo for a civil engineering firm that will focus on land development, subdivision and structural design. I want to use purple and dark matte gold colors. The company slogan is "Engineering Excellence" I would like that added to the logo. I am attaching an example of a logo I liked as an idea.
