Resumen de Diseño de Logo

I would like designs for an updated logo for my company - Transformative Solutions - which I have been running since 2001. The company started as provider of career counselling/life coaching and is transitioning into a provider of other services to help people shift their lives. These new modalities include Psych-K (short for psychological kiniesiology) - a modality which works with the subconscious mind to identify where an individual's conscious goals may conflict with their subconscious belief system. Psych-K is designed to help individuals shift their beliefs and identity to be in more alignment with the change they wish to make.
In addition to working with clients on the mental/emotional level), we support clients undergoing transition who may often be experiencing overwhelm, stress, and anxiety, and so we offer a modality called Reconnective Healing to help calm and ground the individual's nervous system so they can better navigate changes in their life.
Our primary target market is approximately 85 to 90% female, mostly middle aged or slightly older, who are geared toward self-development.
Our previous logo which was designed for our life coaching business and has become outdated, and ready for replacement.
The new corporate colours are a mid-toned periwinkle blue (I can find an approximate pantone colour match if this is helpful), along with pure white and violet (mid toned purple - again I can look up a pantone match for the final version if desired).
Our new image is more contemporary, crisp, leading- edge (without being "techie"), and more feminine than masculine but just a tad. The look should NOT be cutesy, fluffy, woo-woo, chunky, or cartoonish. Our clients are everyday people going through challenging times, but this is a serious business for people wanting to bring about significant change, and while most clients are not dealing with traumatic issues, some may be (on occasion) and so this needs to be a logo that says they can trust us and take us seriously, yet it shouldn't position us as staid, traditionalist, or boring because are modalities are non-traditional yet effective.
We do not want to be positioned like a spa, massage service, yoga studio or spiritually-oriented provider (although we may go there), so no lotuses, hands-on related images, or the like please.
By the same token, I've seen tons of "transformation" oriented logos that have butterflies, vines or flowers growing out of people's heads, astronauts, visions of people reaching for the stars (Been there, done that. Too hokey) and ladders or people climbing stairs. None of these are a fit for what we do now.
What would be a fit? A simple, distinctive, text based logo, something with one sprig of something growing (super simple), and - strangely enough - Hummingbird motif (yes, it's a personal favorite) because they hone in on their target, are fast, distinctive and symbolic of upliftment and joy. Nothing fancy, but simple, clean and clear would be ideal.
We are also open to other concepts.
Time is definitely of the essence and this competition needs to be done in less than a week, or even 5 days if possible. Thank you.
