Tepsi Sweets (Turkish Baklava, Sydney)

About the business
Tepsi Sweets is a new Turkish sweets and baklava brand launching in Sydney, NSW. “Tepsi” is the Turkish word for the round tray baklava is traditionally baked in. We make authentic Turkish baklava alongside creative new flavours that blend Turkish tradition with Australian native ingredients and Sydney’s multicultural food scene: for example macadamia and wattleseed, lemon myrtle, and sour cherry and rose.

Who we’re selling to

Sydney food lovers who follow food trends on Instagram and TikTok
Gift buyers for Christmas, Eid, birthdays, weddings and corporate gifting
The Turkish and Middle Eastern community looking for quality traditional sweets

The look and feel we want

Premium and modern, but warm and inviting
Rooted in Turkish heritage without feeling old-fashioned or clichéd
Playful enough to support new and seasonal flavours
Possible direction: a top-down view of a round tray cut into diamond-shaped baklava slices
Colour ideas: pistachio green and gold, or deep navy and gold. We’re open to suggestions.

What we need

1. Logo and brand identity

Primary logo, plus secondary and icon versions (for example a round mark for social media profile pictures)
Colour palette with exact colour codes (HEX, RGB, CMYK)
Font choices for headings and body text
A short brand guide showing how to use the logo, colours and fonts

Requirements

All work must be original. Logos made purely by AI generators won’t be accepted.
Final files supplied in vector format (AI, EPS or SVG) plus PNG and PDF
Editable files for the templates (Canva or Adobe)
Full copyright transferred to Tepsi Sweets on completion, as we plan to register a trademark
At least 2–3 initial logo concepts, with rounds of revisions
