Project Description
We are looking for a talented graphic designer to create a fun, bold, and professional T-shirt design for our fitness brand, FitNatik.
Each November, we host a special fitness event called "NO REST FOR THE STUFFED." Participants who complete the event receive a limited-edition T-shirt, and we're looking for an awesome design that our members will be excited to wear!
We've attached an example of a design we really like, featuring a muscular turkey lifting weights with the phrase "TRAIN. FEAST. REPEAT."
IMPORTANT: The attached design is for inspiration, not a strict requirement.
Designers are welcome to:
Recreate the general concept and style of the reference in professional, screen-print-ready artwork.
Modify or improve the existing concept with their own creative ideas.
Develop an entirely new and original concept that fits the Thanksgiving and fitness theme.
We love creative designs that combine fitness, strength training, Thanksgiving humor, and a bold athletic look.
T-Shirt Layout
BACK OF SHIRT:
A large, eye-catching graphic centered on the upper/middle back of the shirt.
The main artwork should reflect our "NO REST FOR THE STUFFED" text underneath the FitNatik logo on the front of the shirt in place of the "Personalized Group Training" .
We like the muscular turkey and weightlifting theme, but we're open to other creative interpretations.
Wording includes:
TRAIN. FEAST. REPEAT.
FRONT OF SHIRT:
A small FitNatik logo positioned on the wearer's left chest.
We will provide our official FitNatik logo artwork with the text "No Rest For The Stuffed" underneath the logo in place of the "Personalized Group Training.
The logo should be adapted to complement the colors and overall design of the back artwork, while maintaining the integrity and recognizable appearance of our brand.
Design & Color Requirements
SCREEN PRINTING: MAXIMUM OF 6 INK COLORS.
This is extremely important!
The design must use no more than 6 solid ink colors.
We strongly prefer 2–4 colors whenever possible to help reduce screen-printing costs.
Avoid gradients, photographic effects, complex shading, and excessive color variations.
Artwork must be created specifically for traditional screen printing, with clean separations and solid colors.
The front and back designs should share the same ink color palette whenever possible.
The shirt will preferably be black or a similar dark color.
We like the warm orange, brown, cream, and yellow tones in the attached example, but designers may suggest other color combinations.
Overall Style
We're looking for something that is:
Bold and eye-catching
Fun, creative, and slightly humorous
Fitness and strength-training inspired
Professional enough to look like real fitness apparel
Attractive to both men and women
Something members would actually wear beyond the event
We are not looking for generic clip art or overly complicated artwork.
Required Final Files
The selected designer must provide:
Editable vector artwork in Adobe Illustrator (.AI) or vector EPS format.
Print-ready vector files for the front and back designs, supplied separately.
Artwork prepared for traditional screen printing, with spot colors clearly defined and separable.
All fonts converted to outlines.
Transparent-background PNG files of both designs for preview and marketing purposes.
A T-shirt mockup showing the front and back placement.
Exact ink color specifications, preferably Pantone Solid Coated references or equivalent spot-color values.
All linked artwork embedded and no missing assets.
Artwork must be high-resolution where applicable, scalable without losing quality, and ready for our screen printer to use.
The winning design must be original or include properly licensed commercial-use elements, and we require full commercial usage rights to the finished artwork.
