Resumen de Diseño Gráfico

I own Fairway Self Storage, a self-storage company with a golf-inspired business name and branding.

**Website:** www.Fairway-Storage.com

I'm looking for a talented graphic designer or 3D rendering artist to create 7 professional, realistic storage unit illustrations featuring golf-related equipment and belongings for my website.

I currently use 3D-style illustrations showing storage units filled with household items. I'd like to replace these with higher-quality renderings incorporating a golf theme while maintaining a clean, modern appearance.

I'll upload my current images and several AI-generated concepts as references. I'm looking for a designer who can take these ideas to a much higher level.

**This is Phase 1 of a two-part project. I ONLY need the seven storage unit illustrations. Promotional banners and text overlays will be handled separately in Phase 2.**

1. Storage Unit Images Needed

I need seven individual storage unit illustrations representing these sizes:

- **5×5** — 25 square feet
- **5×10** — 50 square feet
- **10×10** — 100 square feet
- **10×15** — 150 square feet
- **10×20** — 200 square feet
- **10×25** — 250 square feet
- **10×30** — 300 square feet

Each image should show an open storage unit from an elevated, three-quarter perspective, similar to the references provided.

Very Important: The dimensions and contents must look proportional to the actual unit size. A 5×5 should clearly look smaller than a 10×10, while a 10×30 should appear substantially larger and longer.

The amount and type of equipment should reflect each unit's storage capacity.

All 7 illustrations should share a consistent design style, camera perspective, and overall appearance.

2. Golf Theme & Contents

Fairway Self Storage is a play on golf, so I'd like to incorporate golf-related belongings throughout the illustrations.

Examples include:

- Golf bags filled with clubs
- Golf push carts and golf carts (larger units only)
- Golf balls, buckets, and baskets
- Golf practice mats, putting greens, and training nets
- Golf shoes, apparel, and accessories
- Golf travel bags and equipment cases
- Framed golf course artwork
- Shelving with golf equipment
- Other creative golf-related items

I'd also like traditional storage items mixed in, including furniture, moving boxes, plastic totes, bicycles, and miscellaneous household belongings.

**The goal is to show realistic self-storage units containing a combination of mostly golf equipment and everyday belongings.**

I don't want them looking like golf shops, or finished recreational rooms. These should clearly resemble actual storage units.

Not every unit needs identical contents. I'd prefer variety throughout the illustrations.

3. Preferred Visual Style

I'm looking for modern, realistic, professionally executed illustrations.

My preferences include:

- High-quality, realistic 3D renderings
- Open units viewed from an elevated, three-quarter angle
- Realistic dimensions, walls, framing, and concrete floors
- Organized, attractive contents without excessive clutter
- A few tasteful green plants, where appropriate
- Bright, clean appearance without interior light fixtures
- White or transparent backgrounds
- Consistent presentation across all seven images

Colors: I'm completely open to different color combinations for the walls, framing, and floors.

Some reference images feature gray and green tones, but these are NOT requirements. Please visit my website to see our existing branding and colors.

I encourage creative alternatives that complement the Fairway Self Storage brand rather than simply copying my references.

4. AI-Generated Designs Are Welcome

IMPORTANT: I am completely comfortable with AI-generated or AI-assisted images being used for this project.

I've previously encountered an issue on DesignCrowd where a designer submitted an AI-generated image that I liked, but there were concerns about AI usage. From my perspective as the customer, AI-generated designs are absolutely acceptable.

5. Final Deliverables

For this project, I need:

- 7 finished storage unit illustrations, one for each size.
- High-resolution images suitable for website use.
- Web-optimized PNG or WebP files.
- Transparent-background versions, if possible.
- Consistent image dimensions, aspect ratios, and camera angles.
- Editable source files where available.
- Full commercial usage rights.

6. Reference Images

I'll provide:

- Storage unit illustrations currently used on my website.
- AI-generated golf-themed storage unit concepts.

I'm looking for someone who can improve upon these concepts and deliver something unique, realistic, and professional.

Overall Goal

I want a unique, professional set of storage unit illustrations that:
- Make Fairway Self Storage stand out.
- Incorporate our golf-inspired branding.
- Help customers visualize different unit sizes.
- Look excellent on desktop and mobile.
- Maintain consistent quality across all seven images.

I'm open to creative ideas and encourage designers to bring their own vision to the project.

Please review my website and uploaded references before submitting your design concept.
