We need a logo design for a new company based in Alameda, CA. We design and deliver customized leadership, team and individual development programs for small-medium sized businesses. Our target market is high producing, forward thinking, values based companies that recognize the importance of developing and supporting the individuals who work for them and are invested in keeping their employees thriving and energized.

Services include individual and group coaching, team offsite retreats, leadership dynamics and training, communication strategy and training.

We value working with leaders and managers who's priority is to work for the team not for themselves.

Coolaroo is an aboriginal word meaning 'star'. The reason it was chosen is because we thrive on facilitating the 'shining' moments that individuals, teams and leaders experience through our fun, engaging, personalized programs.

We want a logo that attracts for the future, not just for now.
