Dear Designers,

First, I would like to thank everyone who submitted adesign, they are all very nice designs and I appreciate the time and effortsyou have put into them. 

Second, I have asked my staff to vote on your designs, andthe result of the voting varied greatly and it’s really hard now to choose thebest designs. But I can understand that there can only one winning design, soat the end, we have to choose one.

What we have decided to do to give everyone a fair chance, isselect the best ‘functionality’ of all the submitted designs and combine thebest functions into one document. I updated this document in the brief (Seeattached document in the updated brief)

Then, all of the designers can compete to submit theirdesigns based on the ‘agreed functionality’ I am attaching with the updatedbrief.

To make your job easier, I will eliminate now all thedesigns which did not get high votes in the voting poll, but for those that didget votes above 3 stars, I will ask you to please redesign what you have donebefore based on the updated brief attached file. (See the brief attached file)

Please remember, that you should NOT match the look and feelof the attached file in the updated brief, only match the functionality we areasking for. You can be as created as you wish in the design, colors, look andfeel, but stick to the functionality and the location of each functionality.For example, if we have the phone number on the right corner of the page, don’tmove it to the center, instead you can make it bigger, smaller, use a differentfont, use colors, but don’t move it to another corner or position.
