My client is looking for a template of a flyer design that we can add content to. Benchmark Realty LLC is a real estate brokerage firm in Nashville, TN that has an unconventional business model: they offer agents 100% commission and low, flat monthly or annual fees in exchange for broker support and use of office equipment. The business has literally doubled in size and revenue the last three years in a row.

The primary audience is passionate real estate professionals, 75% female, 35 - 45 years of age who are advanced, independent and savvy.

Their position is that Benchmark Realty is:

- Selective
- Innovative and Successful
- Exemplar

The brand filters, through which we approach all creative endeavors are as follows. We seek to communicate that Benchmark Realty LLC is:

- Epitome | serving as an excellent model, a perfect example
- Confident | positive, assured, self reliant
- Fresh | novel, revitalized
- Outstanding | notable, impressive
- Successful | doing well, profitable

There is a logo (that hopefully I can upload herein!) that must be used, but we are completely open to creative interpretation of the look and feel of the flyer. The flyer will be printed on high-quality stock paper and reviewed together with a prospective agent. The flyer will also be sent electronically.
