Resumen de Diseño de Logo

We need a redesign of our original logo started 4 years ago. It was a temporary then. Aspects we like about our current logo - the Scripted C with the easy-to-read lettering. The colors we like. We'd like to incorporate an eagle in with the design. Consultative should be in all caps, with the rounded scripted C. "Insurance" should be incorporated under the word "Consultative." The word "Group" should also be in all caps, but can be a lighter color. If you can incorporate "CIG" in the graphics, that would be great too.

I have attached our original design. Royal blue and lighter blue colors -- similar in colors to our original logo are what we are looking for. We would like to see designs that communicate strength of an eagle, yet not scary.

I have also attached our agency mascot, Nate. This is part of where the eagle aspect comes into play. For the agency logo redesign, we are not looking for a softer aspect when it comes to the eagle, and are currently working with other designers on a separate project for the Community aspect of Nate.
