Project Deadline Extended
Reason: Deadline extension to get more modern designs. A large part looks like logos looked 1980, in dark blue color and quite stereotypical maskuline for the building sector. Specifications: 1. Logo should be typelogo and have seperate icon. Look at "Design Crowds" logo. This makes it easier to use in mobile applications too. Font need to look professional, but not exactly like I made it myself by choosing font. 2. Impression: Should be fresh and modern. It should not be maskuline or feminine - rather gender neutral and professionalism. 3. Colours: Gray/silver combined with some nice colour: turkoise, orange, yellow, fuxia, lime, blue (not dark blue, rather twitter logo shade or similar). Need to work well in print (= not too thin lines) and also in black and white. 4. Company name: Warak name, comes from Wa = short for the city we operate in a smaller region in Finland with no highrises here. Rak = short for Construction (Rakennus): we make new houses, apartments or renovate old apartments with attention to detail. AND/OR = Rak = short for Love (Rakkaus): we are passionate about our customers, good solutions, scandinavian new design and about our objects. We plan and execute them as it would be for ourselves, and customer service and after service is of high focus. Happy customer that loves us back is a must. 5. Work: we operate in the building sector, but work with partnership - with best experts in real estate. We do not do any actual construction work ourselves, but we are the front-end caring for the customer: we buy the land, plan the real estate (house or apartment house and choose experienced partners and manage the building projects, check that it is executed with good quality and accoding to all standards, as well work with authorities. The customers buy the nicest and easy ready-to-move in apartment or house from us. Some customers are involved in the building stage, impacting on the object, but others buy it ready, all planned and executed from us and they can just move in. *** a helmet, hammer or similar, is therefore not a good icon for us. With this guidance, I would love to receive new proposals; modifying the one's you sent or submitting new.
