We need a brochure for a new company called Trio Home Health Care of San Diego, Inc. We provide skilled home health care services such as skilled nursing, physical, occupational, and speech therapy, medical social work, and home health aide services. Our patient population is mostly 65 years and older. We market our services in the community, including hospitals, skilled nursing and assisted living facilities, doctor's offices etc. We would like to see designs that are easy to read, go with our logo color, which is green, and includes pictures of multicultural elderly individuals receiving medical or rehab care in or surrounding the home. Please include the information contained in the files attached, which has our services, about home health care, and our mission and vision.
