Resumen de Diseño de Flyer

We need two different flyers that will be distributed via web, email and print. This project is for one of the two flyers.

The audience is patients and family members of patients with a specific disease. The flyer will be used to make patients aware of our web-based registry programs, and to inform/encourage patients to join.

An example prototype flyer with the text that should be used is attached. We would like to improve the design and layout of the flyers, while retaining as much of the language as appropriate.

For this project, the flyer may use the pictures included in the prototype, however, it is not required.

If possible, a final format that allows us to edit the text is preferred. If this is not possible, we will finalize the text after receiving a prototype. Changes to the text will likely be minor.

Note: The design of the flyers for this project and the other project (Registry Program Flyer design 2 - LD Connect registry) can be similar in style, however, they should not be duplicates.

Final deliverable should be in a .PSD format (photoshop) with layers so we can edit text if necessary.
