Unfortunately because we cant be sure about whether we will have a winner I cant do that.
HOWEVER, we have done 3 projects before in similar fashion and in all 3 we have had winners. I guess you can check our record in that sense. We would like you to participate as we checked your portfolio. If you are not happy to do so then that's fine.
