It seems like the designs are incorporating Palm trees.  The palm tree is not Australian and is not appropriate for my promotion.  We don't have palm trees in Australia therefore designs that use palm trees subtract from my home grown image.

I like the idea of the sun ocean and birds maybe even a rough silhouete of person walking into the sunrise/sunset could look cool?  Kinda like they are searching for something or chasing the sun? 

Also keep the logos interesting with  a rustic, earthy type of feel with some fading or airbrushing to rough up a few edges might look cool.

Would all of this look good incorporated into a rough circle (either incuding or excluding the writting)?  Maybe the circle could represent the sun or moon.  It could even subtly represent the shutter of a lens without being too obvious? 

Writting style i'm not sure about and will leave this up to you. 

I'm keen to see some more examples and will commit to the buy for the right one as I need this done.

For this one, please do not use an apple. I do not want an apple in my logo.

The logo needs to have a certain level of modern industry cool about it. I like how this logo has a rawness and about it as a rough guide www.thesealife.com.au



My photography project is based around getting up early every morning and

shooting the coastal sunrise (chasing the sun) but also producing interesting landscapes on a daily basis.

If a tree is to be incorporated into the design please do NOT use palm trees

but instead an Australian type of tree, something like these:

The logo needs to have that modern industry style and sense of coastal cool

about it.  A wave as a centre piece is not appropriate but instead suggest that you build the logo around the centre piece of that being rough circle which could represent a sun or shutter blades of a camera lens. 

If water is going to be included please do not have a wave as the overwhelming factor but instead in the background as observed from a distance or something.  Maybe a couple of curvy lines may that may even represent it.
