Three ways is a sophisticated version of a fast food restaurant...a more accurate representation of the modern "foodie" Nation. The United States has gone through a food revolution, our guest looks at the everyday food as more than just something to fill the tummy. Food is sustenance for the body and soul. We want more flavor, exotic ingredients, premium quality...and we want it now!
Our brigade members (chefs), operate in open exhibition kitchens. Outfitted in chefs attire, we are proud of our toil and are in full view for our guests. There are NO hidden areas in our restaurant.
Our brand is an everyday luxury for the guest who has outgrown the average fast food chains, but who's wallets have not.
The value is in the quality and expertise, not sheer volume of food.
Our menu and thus our Brand is:

Sophisticated yet simple.
Luxurious yet affordable
Modern yet vintage
Cutting edge with a sense of old world
As human beings our eating styles are as unique as our personalities. Just as we change our hair style and clothing, we change what and how we eat. It is our belief in that individuality which has lead to the creation of our seasonal menu that can be created three different ways. For example, for Lunch, 10 menu items are offered three ways: as a sandwich, fresh salad or handmade wrap.
Our restaurants will be open in the Los Angeles area.

Thank you for your participation thus far. We are leaning towards a vintage (retro) feel logo, that remains both classy and has a bit of whimsy. - We are looking for a design that embodies a forward thinking concept. Modern, clean, sophisticated, but with a touch of whimsy (a great reference would be the pics we've provided for "feel"). Possibly some type of artwork to accompany the wording (open to a touch of color too), but outside the box is what we're venturing towards.
