Resumen de Diseño de Logo

We already have a logo and just need it designed professionally. The Logo spells "YAKPAA" with the "YA" in slightly larger font where by it can be used on its own as an emblem as well. The Logo "YAKPAA" should read as one word but still have a bit of space between the "YA" and the "KPAA" (maybe 1.5 spacing).
Attached is the rough design. The picture shows a curving "Y" and the "A" afterwards, which is in affect the shape of a traditional African thatched roof with three wooden like columns. I have included a picture of what the traditional hut looks like (found on facebook 'ate-u-tiv). If possible can the thatched path of the "A" have thick paintbrush like strokes downward as the roof rather than just plain colour. The remaining "KPAA" will just be written in similar font style to the one in the attached picture in green but of a smaller size than the "YA". I have used the 'A' from a Macbook Krungtherp font style to show the way both 'A's in "KPAA' should be rounded at the top not pointed.. The "KP" will be similar to an Arial Rounded MT Bold font. These font are not definitive but an indication of what we need. We also like to have colours green (dark plant green as shown in the attached) and black in the Logo. Only the columns of the "A" (the traditional hut) and the foundation line underneath it needs to be black. Please be creative on how you use green and black in the remainder (nothing too fancy or psychedelic please). Finally, once done, i would like 3 files, one with just the "YA", the second the full "YAKPAA", and the third "YAtiev". The "YA" being the consistent theme.
