Are you serious choosing a DC comics logo? You are losing your own identity and subject for copyright infringement.. Maybe poor decision on your part.. But still not late, you can still change your logo if you want.

It does look like DC comics logo and also DC sports logo....

I am sorry to say that I too see the resemblance to the DC shoes logo.
