Looking for a logo and corporate identity for ResortCityVillas.com, which is a short term vacation rental property management company. A short term vacation rental is basically renting a full sized house for a week instead of staying in small cramped hotel room, which is often cheaper than staying at that small cramped hotel.

We're located in Orlando, FL and manage properties that surround Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, Sea World and the other various Central Florida attractions.

We’ve got 3 main customers:
1. Property Owners
2. Travel Agents & Tour Operators
3. Retail Customers (customer directly booking at our website)

This identity will be the basis for the design of our direct mail campaigns and website (both are to be designed).

I'm thinking of 2 different themes. One is relaxing and vacationy. The other deals with Florida or the Theme parks.

Couple of thoughts I'd like see include somehow incorporating the outline of the state (FL)...
