Resumen de Diseño de Brochure

We need a funky new cover for one of our partner brochures. We have updated and changed our Logo that needs to be incoorporated into the design for this year. (We change this brochure cover every two years).
The design can be a collage of photos (some of which we will upload-but you are not restricted to using only those) with our new Logo super imposed or shadowed into/ inbetween the photo's. Or something new!

The print specifications I have received are:
A5 Portrait orientation
Trim: 148mm wide x 210mm h
Bleed: 158mm w x 220mm h
Type: 132mm w x 197mm h

There is not that much space to work with unfortunately. Things that NEED to be there:
Please include the words "Destination Management Solutions for South and East Africa" (at the bottom maybe)
Please include the telephone number and email address somewhere together as well: Tel: +27 21 987 5971 Email: marketing@indabasa.com
Please include the "SATSA Bonded Logo" somewhere as well (does not need to be prominent)

I have included the previous brochure cover design if this could help. Maybe use a picture of one of the trucks as the backdrop/shadow in the background - as the provision of "overland" trucks is one of the primary services we provide.
