I need a Design for a SAAS website.

The company is a B2B R&D company developing live CCTV video that's monitored on google maps & google earth.

We need a simple, calm & uncluttered design.
The site will be used for A/B testing of our products features.

The initial design will deal with the website.

Five Main Pages
Home
Products
DEMO - SAAS (selected designer to finalize)
Register
Generic Page

The generic page will be used for everything else, such as About us, Latest News, Contact us (same as register), support etc.

I have included a few mock ups just to give an idea of my initial thoughts on shapes, colours and simplicity of design, using Google Maps as a background. Each page or news article may have it's own geolocation, can this can be reflected in the design.

I would like this to all work in a Joomla type CMS so it can be easily updated and for A/B testing landing pages.(please advise me on the best system)

The second component to the website will be the SAAS administration area. We have the functional techie bit sorted but the design needs to fit branding.
This part of the project will be discussed with the designer upon selection of the most suitable design. We are hoping the designer will help with the look and feel of the administration section.
