Our key high level requirements are:
1) Simple and intuitive look and feel

We are a different kind of business consulting group. We partner with our clients to help them deliver change. We don't just provide them with the theory. We also provide them with the leadership and capability to execute the change.

We aren’t a one stop shop, and we don’t offer cookie cutter solutions. We’re a boutique consulting firm covering Project Management, Business Process Management, Change Management and Business Analytics.

Clarit-e is a professional services organisation that partners with their clients to lead the execution of strategic process and system improvement initiatives. Clarit-e combines hands on delivery with coaching in best practice methodologies and approaches to build their clients capabilities to ensure their ongoing success in project implementations.

UPDATES:

Thanks to everyone who has submitted designs so far. The standard of designs coming through is quite high, with lots of professional designs that nail the design brief. Eliminating them is proving to be quite challenging.

A few updates to the job brief:
- Please make sure the design fits on one page. We would like all of our information to be on the first page that people see without them having to scroll down
- Please ensure you include the FIVE services we offer in the design
- Please use corporate images/istock photos in your designs which are relevant to our business
- Please add a section for a live twitter feed from our twitter account and a link to google+
- Please add a section for news/updates

Also, if you are able to build a site once a design is selected, please let us know.

Our target customers are large enterprises in Australia that are growing rapidly and have recently (last 24 months) undertaken or are currently undergoing software implementations and business process improvement programs. These businesses have a turnover of $100m or above and are working hard to differentiate themselves from their competitors but are not seeing the return on investment promised by software vendors and process improvement initiatives.
