Please provide the width and height ( tell it cm)

Dimensions of open sheet are 43 cm (height) and 62 cm (width or circumference). Front width is 18.5 cm. Handle (three holes) height is 7 cm.
You may refer attached file of project (illustrator file) which is our existing design. New design will have same dimensions.

I need some clarifications.

1. Do I have to submit only one pack out of three variant which is 'SPIRIT OF SEA' ?

2. 'Perfect white', 'Perfect clean', 'Perfect color' are the options for the sub-brand 'SPIRIT OF SEA' ?

3. Can you send KLD (Key Line Drawing) for cut marks, print area, front-back-side panel size.

4. What is 'BARDHESI PEREFEKTE' ?
Is it mandate ?

1. I sent you an illustrator file of only one version just to have as a reference for what you are asking on dimensions, KLD, and so on.
2. Perfect white, Perfect clean, Perfect color, are possible slogans for new design. Spirit of sea is a slogan related to perfume. Sub-brand is only Perfect. The first design I need to have from you must be related with mandatory items like as: 'deka' (word, font and color), 'perfect white' (word), and 'Spirit of sea' (words).
After finishing first design I will decide to go on with two other version like Perfect clean and Perfect color which will have their own slogans for perfumes different from 'spirit of sea'.
3. About KLD, you may find them in attached illustrtor file of existing design. There are six parts like front, back, side R, side L, bottom, and handle.
4. Bardhesi perfekte means Perfect white in Albanian. I like to keep it in english this time, so mandatory is Perfect White.
