I would like to provide a concept for this ad but I do have a few questions. Can I use the content from the previous ad to create something new? Or will you be providing a Word document with content that should be placed in the ad? I visited the website and I think it would help a lot for any content you would like placed in the ad to be uploaded. I look forward to your reply.

You can use what is currently in the ad that I sent over. I will be changing the content slightly but this should provide a good start at least for the design. If you want to scale back the body copy you can, since it's a lot. I don't mind if you also use lorem ipsum for the body copy since most important now is the design.
