Resumen de Diseño de Logo

We need a BRIGHT, BOLD logo that will be used to sell t-shirts,hats, mugs, bumper stickers, dog accessories etc. via surf shops, festivals and online thru website and Facebook. Portion of the proceeds benefit local charities. We love the attached example of The Art Room logo but we need it customized with dogs at the top. We like the colors of the sea..blues, turquoise, green and the same greyish- brown lettering the attached logo is in. This logo needs to be appealing to both women and men.
I have attached pictures of 2 t-shirt designs that I want the logo and colors to be modeled after.
