I tried to simplify the logo but it is too very complex.. and there are so many elements which are not required.
I was not happy with the output so decided not to upload it.
I suggest you to go for new logo keeping some elements common from old one.

I would be open to seeing a new logo that preserved the concept of many of the main elements.
The key elements to preserve: the shield, the dancers, some version of the ribbon and the name "Top Dance" (preferably on the ribbon).
