these are existing apartments we are changing into condos (individual units will be for sale). they are two story townhouse style units.
they currently use a burgundy and cream color scheme. our updated look will include taupe white and black color scheme for the building exteriors. but, we need a cool (as In neat-o, not necessarily cool colored, although, cool colors are great.) updated logo that implies what it is. we are on the capital city greenway trail, in between two 25 acre city parks, that also connect to a top rated elementary school, in a great location, inside the beltline in Raleigh, NC. a top rated place to live, in the US. our target market is a first time homebuyer, or a divorced person with perhaps a young child.
we want to create all of the marketing materials for the introduction of the condos to the sales market. this includes the business plan we take to the bank, and goes all the way to the site signage, and marketing materials we give out to other real estate brokers to come & bring their clients to the project.
