Web re-design project for web software development agency

We need to re-design our existing website (www.garlykdesign.co.uk), and are going to start using a shorter domain (www.garlyk.com).
We have been in business for 8 years and it's time for an update.

We are based at Bletchley Park (home of the code breakers). We specialise in writing software for the web. Over the years we have built up a healthy customer base and it is time to incorporate the features we build for our customers into our own site (e.g. social media).

We have a team of 8 talented developers with varied skills including: apps for mobile; complex server side software; front-end software; eCommerce software; specialised web based applications; integration software; hardware support; consultancy services. Our customers are diverse (e.g. banking; commerce; veterinary; R&D; health sector; law; accounting; film industry etc.).

Our current colour scheme is blue, white and green although we are not averse to moving away from these colours. We will also be dropping the DESIGN from our name and logo. Revised logo will be attached.

The site needs to be modern, sophisticated and leading edge. We want to show visitors to the site that we are a professional organisation.

• We would like a home page designed that has the following elements on it:
  - Show the new cookie compliance policy displayed probably in the top of the page (will disappear).
  - A client Testimonial.
  - Pricing icon.
  - Social media Links.
  - A Quote section in expand/collapse field as in (http://www.advantec-internet.co.uk/our-services.shtml)
  
  We would also like a portfolio page that showcases our clients in an interesting way.
  
  Finally, we would like a form design that we can use throughout the site (i.e. how should buttons, radio buttons, checkboxes, dropdowns, text areas etc. look)?
