Hi, do you need me to provide a small space in the newsletter for the order form URL?

Hi there, thanks for your question.
We thought we''d include this: "Clickhere for the order form" and link the words ''order form'' to the order form pdf, having it open in a separate window.
But what would you recommend?

Hi! Just to verify if this project is for design only? Or you also require the coding/html for Mailchimp? Thank you!

Oh thanks for clarifying as I was about to submit designs but unfortunately, coding/html is beyond my expertise. Thanks anyway!

Coding/html is beyond ours too, which is why we said we need it.
BUT if you think you can design a newsletter for us that we can re-create ourselves eg by dragging and dropping elements in mailchimp, then please do send through your designs!!
