@Mayank - If I understand correctly you are asking me to upgrade the project to non-refundable (guaranteeing the payment will be made to somebody). I''ve never used DesignCrowd before and am concerned I might get significantly fewer designs than the estimated 15. If I see at least 2 design worth consideration I''ll be more comfortable with the process and upgrade the project accordingly. Until then I have to leave the project as is.

We aren't looking to: "add to the links at homepage"
We want a new home page design.

I don't know what you mean by: "your requirement pages are already exist on your site"
The existing site does not meet any of the must have requirements.

In general I am thinking of the images as placeholders, however if a particular image is critical to the feel of the design we will certainly purchase the appropriate license for the image. So yes you can use stock images which if we like them we will purchase.
