Resumen de Diseño de Logo

We need a logo design for our new Internet Marketing agency called ‘WAZ Marketing’, which is based in Argentina. WAZ Marketing’s main goal is to help Latin American companies achieving success online, by offering them our services focused on SEO (Search Engine Optimization), PPC (Pay-Per-Click, like Google Adwords) and Web Analytics. What we believe that make us different against other agencies is the extensive knowledge, expertise and specialization we have in the services we provide. And that’s what we want the final design to communicate: knowledge, expertise, reliability, leadership.
Regarding colors, we are open to any ideas and proposals. We would prefer a not very colorful logo, but based on 2 or 3 colors, in a way that it can be reproduced in grayscale as well, without losing its essence.
We’d like a Combination logo, which may be Illustration + Text copy, or Initials + Text copy.
We want at least 2 options for each design: one that includes Agency name only, and another one including Agency name + tagline.
Note: the word "WAZ" doesn't has any meaning in spanish language, neither in english, so this is not an object or thing to use as a reference for the design.
