Hello! There is no measurement or template specification. Recent FIFA Women''s World Cup Logos (https://www.google.com.br/search?q=fifa+women''s+world+cup+logo, for reference) have been using a specific template, but we don''t have one yet, since it is the first time we create something like this. So, feel free to suggest anything.

Hello! This time we are doing it for the Women's World Cup, so I think a more cute/playful mascot would suit it better.

For the logo, I never done something like that, so I'm a little clueless about what type of information would help you. It is a modern multi-cultural and multi-linguistic host country, so plurality is a big thing (the country's nickname is "Babel Star", for example). To be more specific, brazilian, hispanic, balkan and japanese cultures are the most influencial.

The country's main symbol, the "minor star" (the star in the flag, attached to the brief), is really relevant. Other "symbols" related to the country, like wind, the sunset and specially the deep love for music, could also play a part.

In terms of colours, we have orange, blue and white, coincidentally the country's and the organization's main colors. But since the country's cultural variety is so big, I think we should not be restrained.

Which other type of information would you like to have? Feel free to ask and I will provide it.
