Resumen de Diseño de Logo

I need a design for a company based in Lima, Perú, that will enter the gourmet sauce (chili spice sauce) market in Peru and other countries in the region. The brand of the sauces is called: QANQA.
The chili's used are already well known in Peru, thus there is no need to mention or hint to the fact that it's a chili sauce (that will be obvious by the color of the sauce and the top label on the bottle). I will be using the same logo for all bottles and communications.

I'd like to include the name of the product line "QANQA" as the main name in the logo and the name of the company as a small secondary name "Frutas y Hortalizas del Perú" and a space to put the container size "180ml", albeit in much smaller font (similar to the way the attached tabasco logo says "avery island" and "57ml").

The colours of the sauces are vibrant yellow, red, or green (see attached picture of bottles), therefore I would like to have a strong/vibrant color in the background (something like "Cobalt Blue" or "Azure").

Also I would want the logo to be vertical, I had in mind an elongated diamond shape much like the "Tabac" sign in France (see attached image). The writing of "QANQA" in capital letters will be vertical (same as tabac sign). I'd prefer the font to be bold in order to highlight the name.
