We are a Property Management company that owns 50 apartment communities; 50 products. We are in need of a new solution for our property brochures; I’m not even sure that the solution is a brochure.
The main use for brochures in our industry is having the floor plan as a visual. Rather than a typical brochure or “marketing fluff”, we are looking for the most practical solution. We want a solution that illustrates our floor plans and entices the prospect to leave a deposit, put an apartment on hold and/or apply for the apartment.
Our company and its apartment communities are heavily focused on Customer Service, which is the biggest differentiator among us and our competitors. Our Customer Service initiatives are backed by a couple of 3rd party sources and our Live it. Love it. Guaranteed™ initiative (30-day move in guarantee), is one of our strongest selling tools.
We are looking to keep the cost low (we have even thought about not doing brochures since we can print floor plans from our websites), but are considering different options. We are open to all colors; even black and white. We are in process of redesigning our website including colors so don’t be restricted to colors on the website.
The other message we want to send is that we’re tired of wasting paper and we don’t need a bunch of jargon, just want what works. So, small is good; for example.
Main Goal: Compels the prospect to leave a deposit, includes a way for us to illustrate the multiple floor plans per property and is environmentally responsible.

Project Deadline Extended
Reason: We have decided to extend the deadline for submission by 7 days due to other projects that we have going on. We want to be able to use the full amount of time after the submission period is over to thoughtfully review each design submitted. We would rather add more time than rush the period to give every one who submits a design a fair chance.
