Resumen de Diseño de Logo

Background:
We are an established technology company from Silicon Valley focussed on Software Products Engineering services. The management has experience in running multibillion dollar companies and we are in the business to create a global organization from Vietnam - which has not been done before. We are unique in the sense that all our engineering resources are based in Vietnam and the name of the company is InfoNam. Infosys is one of the biggest software services company in India and we want to be the Infosys of Vietnam and hence the name. Our unique proposition is that we deliver money back services for product developers by integrating ourselves to the customer delivery teams anywhere in the world, quickly learning the product (whatever stage the product may be in) and setup a seamless delivery team in Vietnam. We, hence become a strong delivery arm at 1/10th the cost of US.
We have been in business from 2010 but have grown extremely well. Our team is very young and hardworking with 23-25years average age. we are couple of hundred people now and want to create the biggest organization in Vietnam.

For the logo:
We have a logo now www.infonam.com but we want to move to the next level. We are rebranding and our vision is to create an organization which signifies product perception. We can be a google, yahoo, linked in, twitter, etc...but we don't have our own product. We are like Foxcon of software. But since our silicon valley connection and customer base, mostly valley, we want to be threading the fun, performance driven, cheerful organisation.

About me:
I'm the CEO giving you the brief. Our biggest business is US and some from Japan now. We want to deliver a smart, chick brand that signifies, technology strength, fun/colour/playful for our employees, and very unique appearance. We also need to signify Vietnam as all our eggs in this basket, so subtle significance in color, etc will be welcome. Logo needs to be color and black and white.
