We are looking for a logo to launch our new insurance company "Shared Visions".
Shared Visions actually gifts a portion of your insurance fees to a chosen charity of your choice. This insurance is for the more affluent so the logo can't be whimsical but we don't want it too stiff either. The attached idea is where we can start from. Where you go is up to you. Other considerations, No more than three colors and it needs to translate in B&W as well.
