Resumen de Diseño de Logo

We need a re-brand/logo for our well known Cafe in Auckland City central. We are famous for healthy food we offer in the cafe, such as Live Juice, a selection of Fresh Salads and a la carte menu.The atmosphere is relaxing, welcoming, vintage in some sense. There are Vegan food and gluten free cakes available. It's a great place to go for both Vegetarian and non-vegetarian who wants to taste something different. We have a regular local customer base and also attracts lots of tourists from cruise ships. We recently took over the business and would like to revamp the brand and continue to improve the quanlity of food and customer experience. The brand we would like to build must be impressive, reflecting healthy food style, freshly made, Vegan friendly, gluten free, all these kinds of concepts. Some pictures have been attached for your reference. We will be using the new logo for our outside signage, marketing materials, email signature, business cards, etc. I really want to see a good logo that can help me to do all of these. My thoughts on the colour, I still can't decide, green - a representing colour for vege, fresh, orange - for juice, warm and welcoming, maybe a mixture of two or three colours. I need to see some professionalism on this. The colour we have inside the Cafe, wall colour is orange, and purplish blue, our a la carte menu is on a big black board writen in white chalk. I was thinking to use a pumpkin shape for our business card, just a thought. Our final design should be simple, reflectable, impressive, unique and probably going to be used for franchise purose in future.
