Hi,
I have created 4 samples for your logo. I will upload all 4 by tomorrow as I am fine tuning them.

Now let me tell you the steps I use to create a logo (I will submit logo description with the uploaded sample):

As you know I have taken many days to finish your logo. Basically creating a logo for a company is not an easy task. It is a symbol which represents a company, its mission, its market place, its staff, its loyalty and relation with other communities.

I gather following information and data before starting logo design:

 Ask some question related to business, product and services, target customers etc, as I asked you earlier.
 Get information about your competitors.
 Get information about geographical location and the culture.
 Get information about the logo of other companies in your area.

I use following steps to create a logo:

 Timeless: For example, NBC's logo is as stylish today as it was when the company was founded.

 Unique: It is more important to stand out than to say everything with your logo.

 Appropriate: For example if your clients are businesses, your logo needs to be professional.

 Adaptable: Your logo should be simple enough to look good printed on a business card, yet recognizable enough that people would recognize it on a 20 foot high billboard.

These are some reason of taking time and also very important steps for creating a proper logo.

A Suggestion:

Before you select and final any of the uploaded design submitted by different designers, please show these designs to your collogues, friends, family members. They will give you good suggestions, if you ask from your subordinates then there is a mindset that "Boss is always right."

When I started my career my boss told me to get suggestions on design from anyone other than your team members because the design which you select will not be criticized by them properly. He said to me that "Remember no design is a perfect design, there are and always some rough edges in it. Its depends on how others see it."
