Resumen de Diseño de Logo

Feedback on submissions so far, I’d like to see some more modern interpretations and something that communicated how our service quickly connects teachers & schools. If you have any questions please don't hesitate to send me a question!!!

We need a logo design for a new company based in Australia that connects casual teachers and schools and provides a efficient platform to hire replacement teachers when schools have day to day vacencies.

We need Logos relating to schools and teachers - lets face it these have all been done to death and I think we need to try and come up with something else so none of the following are allowed:
- coat of arms
- books
- black and white boards
- apples
- mortar boards/graduation caps
- pencils
- owls
Want something very simple: one or two colours (generally, with a few exceptions), sometimes just font, basic image. We need to go down this path, not over thinking it and not making it too busy.

The key words I think we should focus on, rather than actually focusing on the words casual and teach, are words that describe what we are doing, which is essentially "connecting" teachers and schools. Some words to focus on in the design could be:
Bridging
Connecting
Linking
Key
Puzzle

I love the idea of the "connecting care givers" logo (http://farm4.staticflickr.com/3458/3229516194_e0a7b16e5f.jpg). Brilliant how it has the people joining hands to make the building. I love it. Maybe somehow we could adapt this idea and turn the building into a school by adding a bell or something. maybe we could have have "casualteach.com.au - connecting schools with teachers"
