you are correct. many will be shying away from the flash aps as html5, CSS and jQuety walking hand in hand catch on.

Though retired I still try and stay ahead of the curve ( 64+ and still having fun on the web - thats all you'll get.)

I just stared redoing one of my domains ( http://soft-vision.com ( up since 1996 ) ) with h5, css3,jq.. ( W3 is here )
and it shows well even on a neighbors older phone.. with an outdated ie browser. He doesn't have any flash apps on his phone.. windows based - made by sharp - think it's a KIN2.

I'm wondering, how is it possible to design if we don't have contents? Do you have a logo? Designing the website and assuming where things are will be tough...

Hi, I will not select a design that I won't be using ! In the description and our communication I asked for a design that has animation ! Your reply was I can hire some one who would animate your design, obviously not what I want !

My budget and requirements were set clear and communicated many times, if I don't have an animated site design, I will not be making a selection

I liked your design the most, and I have asked for it to be animated just like I said in the project description, if you can't do that, then thanks for your time but I won't be using a design that doesn't have animation
