Resumen de Diseño de Logo

We are an events specialists company that not only runs our own events (i.e. concerts, conferences, etc.) but also outsources our event coordination services and skills to companies looking to run events of their own (work milestones, celebrations, conferences, meetings, etc).

As this is a start up I need a logo designed for the face of the company, and we need it to reflect the diverse nature of our services. We will be running events on both sides of the spectrum, we could one day be running be a punk rock concert with a demographic mainly for teens, and the next could be running a professional business conference for a company. So it needs to toe that line of having a 'cool factor' and 'profesional look'.
My specific vision for it is for it to be nautically themed. I've attached a file of a design I made myself that I feel most represents where I want this logo to go. I've also attached several other nautical themed vectors that ideally show what I'm looking for as well. Feel free to incorporate any other different nautical themes from those into the design I made myself.

The important parameters that I want for this logo are;

- Preferably Black and white, or dark colors
- Must say "Jordan Love Entertainment" written in a nice cursive or maritime themed font across a banner or somewhere on the logo
- Nautical themed
- Modern, crisp, clean look

Wide Target Market, could one day be working with a teenage demograpgic, and the next an adult 'business' demographic. Needs to toe the line of 'cool factor' and 'professional'
