Resumen de Diseño de Logo

We are a new dental office in an upscale business district (Brentwood, TN). We strive to create a professional, yet fun and relaxed atmosphere for our patients.
I love bright, vivid colors. Green is my favorite, but I'm also a fan of purples, blues and deep pinks.
I am envisioning the logo as an S, with curves - soft, maybe whimsical. Perhaps a square or a square within a square as the background - but that's not a definite.
I want the design to be feminine and soft, inviting.
I want the name of my practice to be off to the right and to be on 2 lines, with Family Dental on the second line. I would prefer the name to be in all caps, but the S bigger in Schmitter. I also want Schmitter to be larger than Family Dental. I also like having something separate the Schmitter from the Family Dental, like a decorative line.
The font needs to be professional without being harsh. It needs to be very easy to read from the street.
