Hi- I am opening a modern and fun children's clothing boutique 'Cupcakes & Rocks' for ages infant to 12 in my neighborhood and need a logo that represents the spirit of our store. Cupcakes and Rocks: because you never know what the day will bring, what rock you'll climb or tea party you'll get to enjoy- we've got the perfect outfit for today's individual child. This is an upscale boutique that balances the budgets of those that are more conservative to individuals that just don't care. The color concept of the store is white and pink with bursts of rainbow colors. Because of my love for candy- the store and furniture combine modern elegance with a candy inspired theme (cupcake seating and ice cream bar stools). I don't want to alienate boys with too much pink- the logo could be black and white and/or light or dark pink and white. The types of clothing we carry balance my west coast roots (beach, surfing, punk) with the sophistication and simple components of the east coast. It's an infusion of personality. The design should not be overly complicated and should be created for multiple uses (store signage, clothing, hang tags etc.). Overall we should balance fun and playfulness with modern and sleek sophistication. I am also a fan of simple fonts but am open. Thanks in advance- really looking forward to seeing the creations.
