The 3D model has been fixed. It will have different hair styles and clothing.
We'll have a tool that user can customize the design on a different scene.

yes. It's a graphic designers' task not for programmers.

by the way , what kind of UI do you want? is it flat?

Flat sounds good. That's the trend these days.
