I Prefer the colors below for the Business card
(1) Black ou dark blue, (2) white and (3) gold.
If possible, the background should have a roughened surface (like the texture of a natural paper (one I'm thinking to use is "Rives Trad White").
But if you think that a surface with matte lamination is better it can be used too.

ONE SIDE
The extended logo with "josinaldo martins - cirurgia plastica" must be alone in one side of the card.
It can be made in gold with black or dark blue background; Gold with White Background; White with black or dark blue background.

ANOTHER SIDE
On the other side must have all data provided below. You can use here 2 or 3 colors including background. Remember to design something simple, elegant.
If the logo is used at the back it must be just the logo, without typography.

Data That must be on the card - Cards without it will not be chosen or even considered.
The data is everything between " ". Beside it I'll explain to you what everything means so you can think the better way to place it on the card.
