Resumen de Diseño de Logo

We are an established accommodation business in Australia, and need a new identity to take us into the next phase of our growth. The new business name is 'Short Stay Network'.

We provide short term accommodation to people of all kinds - from families to corporates, singles, pet owners, business people. Our properties could be all over Australia, in all kinds of locations. Our other market is property investors, who provide the properties that we use. We have everything from cottages to executive houses to apartments.

We would like to see a design that communicates to people:
- a friendly and approachable team
- a modern feel
- professionalism and reliability
- a sense of the business being about a network of properties
- and something that DOESN'T scream 'real estate agent' !!!

We want to entice the family market and make them feel comfortable (a bit of the warm and fuzzy cna be appropriate), impress the corporates with our professional image, and give property investors an impression of our reliability.

Colours are open BUT stay away from:
- sky blue and yellow combination (too often used for holiday rentals, and we aren't just about holidays but also just short term rentals)
- fluoro colours
- pastels
- boring browns.
Greens, solid blues, purples, orange, black, grey - all good.

Requisitos

Debes tener

• The look should be modern and clean. Interesting and eye catching. No clutter.
  Fonts used must be clearly legible and the design should not be confusing in any way.
  The design should also be fairly compact in size rather than half a page width to fit it all in!
  
  
  

Agradable de tener

• We have attached an existing logo image for our former business name that can be used, recoloured, or not incorporated at all. We like the concept of having an image that can be used separately, or of having the word within the logo. But the attached image will give you some idea of our general attitude!

No debería tener

• Note re using a house design - this is way overused in our industry and after a while they all tend to look the same. We do not want a house to be used in the image unless it happens to be incredibly unique. Not all our properties are houses.
  
  Stay away from anything that indicates a particular location (ie beach, town).
